Submission Guidelines
All submissions will be peer-reviewed for relevance, originality, clarity, and academic contribution.
All submissions shall be formatted in Times New Roman, with double line spacing. The heading shall be in 14-point font, while the body text shall be in 12-point font. The APA (7th Edition) style of referencing shall be used for the submission of the paper.
Authors may submit their abstracts/extended abstract within 800 words or a full paper (including all the figures and tables) within 8,000 words, which shall cover the following sections (not limited to):
Introduction
Literature Review
Study design/methodology/approach
Findings
Conclusion
Each submission shall include at least four (04) unique keywords and JEL classification numbers. Submissions must be kept free from the authors’ identification details for blind peer review.
Only selected full papers will be considered for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal, and a few selected papers may be published in the e-journal NITI: Journal of Management Research, Department of Management Studies, NIT Durgapur. Following the submission, all manuscripts will undergo peer review in accordance with the journal’s established policies and procedures.
List of Journals (Scopus-indexed) will be shared later.
All accepted papers shall be published in conference proceedings with ISBN number.
