Work Experiences

1. Assistant Professor, Department of Chemitsry, National Institute of Technology Durgapur, India. Duration: 02/2019-ongoing

Research Interest

  • Main Topics: Epigenetics, Drug design, Chemical sensors
  • Research area: The overall goal of my research lab is to develop and apply novel technologies to address the issues at the interface of chemistry and biology, and to break the wall between these two. By combining research expertise in drug discovery, organic synthesis, structural biology, and biophysical/biochemical techniques, my research lab  use chemical biology approach to discover epigenetic drugs targeting cancer and AD. Additionally, we design and synthesize sensors for biologically relevant metals and biomolecules.
