1. Researcher at Dr. Alexander Schonhuth’s Laboratory, Centrum Wiskunde and Informatica (CWI), Amsterdam, Netherlands.
2. Alain Bensoussan Post-Doctoral Fellow from ERCIM at the Department of Computer and Information Science, Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology(NTNU), Trondheim, Norway.
3. Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
4. Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, NIT Durgapur.
My area of work includes Computational Biology, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition and Bioinformatics.
The main focus of my thesis was cancer biomarker discovery from gene expression data. The job is to select a suitable subset of genes that provides accurate classification of the normal and cancerous tissue samples. My Post-Doctoral study is all about finding the batch effects on omics data.
